Who they are

Cavi Developments newest project, Zinc Apartments is a bespoke residential development comprised of 19 soon-to-be-built apartments situated in a beautiful North Wollongong location.

How we helped

Augmenting traditional marketing materials such as signage and printed brochures, designed by Wide Open, Zinc Apartments engaged us to launch a social media campaign promoting the building and its website (also designed by Wide Open). The social media accounts were launched from scratch, with marketing messaging to promote the apartments and the surrounding beachside neighbourhood of North Wollongong.

on both Facebook & Instagram

Launching Facebook and Instagram accounts shortly before the launch of the Zinc Apartments website, we did not have the luxury of months or even weeks to build a social media following. Therefore we focused our energy on creating high quality, visually engaging content that attracted eyeballs and captured people’s attention. The results spoke for themselves. With a Facebook page comprised of only 15 followers, we published posts that achieved an organic reach of up to 272 people per post – more than 18 times the number of people who liked the page.
